Why booking with Natlántia?

Natlántia is born thanks to the «Experience» of more than 15 years in the tourist sector. Our values are «Trust», «Security» and «Quality»; the combination of these pillars is what allows us to make a personalized recommendation and tailor your vacation creating a unique trip.

 

Your trip will be designed based on your interests and needs by a travel agent located in Lanzarote and specialized in the island. You will receive maps and tourist guides so that you can tour and visit the places of interest and you will have personalized attention during your stay in Lanzarote.

 

In Natlántia we design holidays that make you feel, all you have to do is tell us what emotions and experiences you want to live and we take care of everything.

What are Natlántia's payment conditions?

With the signing of the contract we request the payment of fifty percent (50%) of the sum of services and management costs contained in the contract to ensure the booking.

 

The remaining fifty percent must be paid 15 days before the date of arrival and against the delivery of transport tickets, vouchers and travel documents.

Which documents will I receive when booking with Natlántia?
  • A PDF with your detailed itinerary day by day. (Addresses, contact telephone numbers, etc.)
  • Maps and tourist guides of Lanzarote so that you can tour and visit the places of interest on the island.
  • Advice and necessary documentation for your destination.
  • Travel insurance
How can I change my booking?

You can request changes regarding the transport, duration, calendar or itinerary of the contracted trip; just keep in mind that these changes may cause additional expenses.

How can I cancel my reservation?

We would not like you to cancel but if you need to do so, these are our cancellation conditions:

  • If you cancel 30 days before arrival we will refund 50% of the amount you paid to confirm the reservation.
  • If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival we will not be able to refund the 50% you paid to confirm the reservation.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the sum of services and management costs contained in the contract.
